Montemplumage was once the ruler of an unnamed city in Mexico where he ruled for an unspecified period of time. He appeared to be a collector, given his array of odd assortment of treasures. His greatest nightmare was the Golden Chicken, a living, gold chicken who violently attacks others without hesitation.
