Nobody's Business is a comic story written and drawn by Don Rosa. It features Scrooge McDuck, Donald Duck, Gladstone Gander, Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck, Gyro Gearloose, Clerkie, the Little Helper, Azure Blue and Sharky. The likenesses of Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Peter Pan and Captain Hook can also be seen, but they are not there in person.
Scrooge McDuck has already decided that Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck would be his sole heirs. However, he cannot ignore his two other next-of-kins, good-for-nothing Donald Duck and impossibly lazy Gladstone Gander. He decides to put them to a test: he will give each one a thousand dollars. If they can make a profit out of it in twenty-four hours, he'll give each of them a business company of their own. While Donald and his trademark clumsiness and bad luck run into swindles of all kinds, the lucky Gladstone soon becomes rich without even getting out of his hammock thanks to incredible amounts of coincidences. But Gladstone soon becomes so efficient that Scrooge's own business are threatened…
