On Stolen Time is a comic story written and drawn by Don Rosa. It features Scrooge McDuck, Donald Duck, Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck, the Beagle Boys, Gyro Gearloose and the Little Helper. The Bird Man of Alcatraz is also mentioned.
Plot[]
Having stolen Gyro Gearloose's improved Stopwatch, which can freeze time except for a radius of 10 meters around the user, three of the Beagle Boys attempt to use it to rob Scrooge McDuck's Money Bin. The Ducks catch up to them but struggle to stay within the 10 meter radius of the Stopwatch, lest the Beagles freeze them and get away… Ensues a chase through the time-frozen landscape where you can walk on water, climb flying pigeons form impromptu ladders, and where blades of grass are literally razor-sharp!

On Stolen Time was first printed in early 1991 in the German Micky Maus #1991-03. It was first printed in English in Donald Duck Adventures #24 and reprinted in Donald and Scrooge #3, Walt Disney Treasury #2, and, of course, in the Don Rosa Library.
