Description[]
A middle-aged, bald man of little intelligence, Paul was once one of Peg-Leg Pete's henchmen. He has an aunt named Esther who appears to be a very motherly type, giving her scoundrel nephew advice on what to wear. In 1997, he took part in Pete's scheme to discredit Detective Casey and thus cancel his promotion to Chief of Police, dressing up as Casey as he robbed the Mouseton Museum to do so. The inevitable failure of the scheme landed him in jail along with Pete, Floyd and Bob.

Paul appears in the 1997 story Chief Casey's Longest Night.
Translator Joe Torcivia gave him the name of "Paul" in homage to Paul Murry, and Floyd received his name in tribute to Floyd Gottfredson.
